Sabine, originally hailing from Beirut, Lebanon, has recently joined the property management team at Cushman & Wakefield Core, with a primary focus on overseeing Flag Holding’s Junction community mall located at DIP. Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and over 12 years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management within multinational corporations, Sabine brings a highly professional and ethical approach to her work.

Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results, Sabine has successfully executed commercial complex projects in challenging environments and high-risk countries within the Middle East and Africa regions, all while adhering to local regulations and multinational standards. Her extensive experience also includes managing stakeholder relationships at an executive level, negotiating commercial lease contract agreements, and overseeing integrated facility service providers and vendor contracts. Furthermore, she has conducted a detailed analysis of corporate real estate market research data across the Middle East and Africa regions.
