With over 17 years of finance leadership experience across Asia-Pacific and global markets, Gregory has shaped and executed financial strategies for Fortune 500 organisations recognised for their innovation and customer focus. He has held senior roles at companies including Thales Group and CBRE, where he led large finance teams, drove major transformation programs, and enabled seamless service delivery for high-profile clients in the Financial and Technology sectors.

His expertise spans financial planning and strategy, commercial modelling, controllership, and digital transformation, with a strong focus on building scalable processes, delivering actionable insights, developing high-performing teams, and aligning finance with business goals.
