Tejeshree Narendra Jadhav

Tejeshree (TJ) joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as part of the Logistics & Industrial team, bringing over a decade of diversified experience across hospitality, corporate real estate advisory, and developer-side operations.

She began her real estate career with JLL in Mumbai, advising occupiers on office leasing strategies and building strong capabilities in client engagement and market analysis.

She later moved to K Raheja Corp, one of India’s leading developers, where she worked closely with global corporates including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Barclays. During this time, TJ developed deep expertise in deal structuring, building technicals, operations, and tenant coordination, giving her a holistic understanding of the full real estate lifecycle.

Now based in Dubai, TJ brings comprehensive market insight and a client-centred approach to supporting occupiers with strategic, tailored solutions that optimise industrial and logistics portfolios and enable long-term business growth.
