Jaime joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as Senior Design Manager within the Project & Development Services team, bringing more than a decade of international experience delivering complex, design-led developments across multiple markets. His expertise spans cultural, mixed-use, hospitality and ultra-luxury residential projects, working closely with leading developers and globally recognised design practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Jaime held senior architectural roles, collaborating with clients, consultants, authorities and contractors to deliver major projects from feasibility and design development through to construction. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as the House of Music Hungary, Martin Place Metro Station in Sydney, and the Harbourside redevelopment in Darling Harbour, alongside a range of large-scale mixed-use projects.
Combining strong design expertise with technical rigour and a collaborative approach, Jaime works closely with multidisciplinary teams to align design excellence with commercial objectives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
