David is a seasoned real estate professional, having over 10 years of commercial real estate experience spanning GCC, Southeast Asia and UK property markets with a wealth of international and local experience.
David manages the firm’s service offerings in the capital with a focus on commercial transactions within office, industrial and retail sectors as well as overseeing and promoting our research and advisory, valuation, property management, and international residential sales service lines.
Having previously represented Colliers Vietnam, Savills Middle East, and CBRE Cambodia, David has worked with a range of financial institutions, multinationals, governments, and high-net-worth individuals to provide commercial property expertise. Clients David has represented include, Hyundai, Capitaland, Lotte, Qatar Airways, Nokia, Omega Boutique Watches, Playstudios Asia, Talabat, Aramex, Starbucks, Alpha Wave Global and Total Oil & Gas. David is a professional member of the RICS and graduated with a degree in Estate Management from the UK.

We started the process of looking for a new industrial facility when Covid started tapering off. Which unfortunately coincided with the market rapidly changing almost on a daily basis. Throughout the whole process, David was constantly adapting his offerings to the decreasing supply and our companies demands ie. High power etc. He remained patient and took us to see many facilities until we settled on a few ready built units at KEZAD. Even after the lease was signed he went above and beyond to continue communications on our behalf to the landlord to clarify small points. David was instrumental in us finding our new office in Abu Dhabi. Having viewed about 20 offices, prior to meeting David, I was immediately impressed by the quality of properties in his and CORE’s portfolio. He was a key figure in brokering the deal with the landlord and negotiated hard on our behalf. Post signing and Tawtheeq issuance, he remained available and engaged, until all matters with the landlord were resolved.
