Assisted U.S. energy firm with DIFC entry-level office space.
Cheniere Group Office Case Study
01 The Opportunity
Cushman & Wakefield Core assisted Cheniere Group, a U.S. energy company, in establishing its UAE operations by securing entry-level office space within Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
02 The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield Core secured a 12-month lease at Emirates Financial Towers. The selected office offers ample space to support the client's anticipated growth.
03 The Approach
Cushman & Wakefield Core conducted a micro-office search within DIFC, during which the client initially shortlisted a unit in Index Tower. However, due to delays in the licensing and registration process, the space could not be secured within the landlord’s timeframe. Despite this, the client maintained strong interest in Index Tower, and Cushman & Wakefield Core continued to engage with the landlord to monitor future availability. In the interim, new opportunities became available at Emirates Financial Towers, which were promptly proposed. The client found these options suitable and agreed to proceed without delay.
