03 The Approach

A Stay vs. Go assessment was conducted to validate the optimal strategy for Booking.com. The outcome was used as effective leverage with the landlord to secure the most favourable renewal terms. Engagement began 10 months before lease expiry, presenting a credible relocation scenario.
