Cushman & Wakefield Core secured a dedicated office for six people, including a private manager’s cabin, at The Executive Centre’s newly delivered floor in Al Maryah Tower, ADGM. By acting early—prior to the issuance of the center’s completion certificate—we were able to negotiate favourable leasing terms.
