Originally from Cardiff, Wales, Robert joined Cushman & Wakefield Core to lead the Commercial Agency team, focusing on office, retail, and industrial assets.
With over a decade of commercial real estate experience in Dubai, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Having worked for both the client (semi-government and government) as well as the agency side of the business, Robert has a unique perspective and is able to understand and empathize with multiple stakeholders.
Robert leads a team of twenty commercial agents across three offices in the UAE and has himself transacted significant office leasing mandates, including, Siemens, Maersk, Citibank and BASF.
