About

Onder joined Cushman and Wakefield Core in December 2023 having spent over 14 years in Turkey and the UAE in Valuation and Consultancy and Research services.

Before joining Cushman and Wakefield Core, Onder practised in the Valuation & Consultancy team at Cavendish Maxwell in Abu Dhabi. His role entailed working on valuation engagements and inspections on all types of commercial property & land. Onder undertakes a broad range of valuations across the UAE and also undertaken valuations in Bahrain.

Onder is currently a Senior Surveyor in the Valuation and Advisory department and prepares valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book / International Valuation Standard Council (IVSC) standards and counties to draw his knowledge from across different assets within the UAE and the GCC.

Onder is currently a member of the International Relationship Committee in the Appraisal Institute.
