  • Valuation of a prime 450,000 sq. ft. (net) commercial tower within the Dubai International Financial District (DIFC) for financial reporting purposes for a government entity adopting the Income Approach.
  • Valuation of the first LEED-certified office / industrial development in Dubai for loan security purposes adopting the Income ApproachThe property was held on a leasehold interest and had an area of 145,000 sq. ft. (net)
  • Valuation of a 400,000 sq. ft. (net) leasehold office tower situated in the World Trade Centre district of Dubai for loan security purposes adopting the Income Approach for a local family group.
