The Valuation and Advisory Department at Cushman & Wakefield Core has undertaken numerous residential valuations for a variety of clients. These instructions include the following:

  • Valuation of several palaces within the emirate of Abu Dhabi for the Royal Court adopting the Market Approach, Residual Method and Depreciated Replacement Cost Method.
  • Valuation of a portfolio of 563 residential units situated within the UAE for a REIT adopting the Market and Income Approaches for loan security.
  • Valuation of a portfolio of 41 residential towers situated in Dubai for loan security purposes. The client was a large government entity adopting the Income Approach for financial reporting.
