- A prime leisure retail mall in Dubai with an area of 210,000 sq. ft (net) valued for a government entity for financial reporting purposes adopting the Income Approach.
- A Dubai-based portfolio of community retail malls was valued for a large government entity for financial reporting and loan security purposes adopting the Income Approach.
- An under-construction retail mall in Ajman with a BUA of 600,000 sq. ft. was valued for loan security purposes adopting the Residual Method for a local family group.
