Al Salam Street

Al Salam Street is one of the main arterial roads of Abu Dhabi’s real estate landscape. It starts from Sheikh Zayed Bridge and curves its way around Abu Dhabi's eastern end until it ends at the intersection with Corniche Road.

Al Salam Street connects many of Abu Dhabi’s main attractions and amenities including Corniche Road, Electra Street, Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi Mall Road, Corniche Hospital, Khalifa Park and the Sheraton Beach Resort. Most residential apartments found on Al Salam Street are mid to high-rise. The area also consists of a villa micro-district called the Bloom Gardens, which features upscale houses influenced by Mediterranean architecture

Being one of the prominent commercial hubs of Abu Dhabi’s real estate, Al Salam Street has various options for people looking for office spaces in the capital. There are many headquarters and prominent commercial buildings located along the street including ADNOC Headquarters, ADCB Headquarters, UNB Headquarters and Abu Dhabi Municipality Building.

While many other commercial towers dot along Al Salam Street, the prominent office towers include Mansour Tower, Salam HQ, AL Ferdous Tower and Khalida Park Tower amongst others that offer office spaces catering to a range of commercial clients.
