Tecla joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as Senior Listing Coordinator, bringing extensive experience in operational and administrative support within Dubai’s real estate market. Since beginning her career in the industry in 2020, she has developed expertise in managing residential and commercial property listings, supporting brokers and clients through every stage of the listing process.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Tecla built a strong track record in listing management, regulatory compliance and market research. Her experience includes overseeing Trakheesi requirements, maintaining CRM systems, conducting market analysis and ensuring adherence to KYC and AML standards. She works closely with agents, landlords and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant and efficient processes that support successful transactions.

Combining strong attention to detail with a collaborative approach, Tecla plays a key role in supporting the firm’s brokerage operations and maintaining the highest standards of service across its property portfolio.
