Sumeet joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as a Senior Property Manager, bringing over 20 years of international experience across the UAE and Canada. His career spans property management, asset operations and customer experience, with expertise in managing retail, office and mixed-use developments for institutional owners and private investors.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Sumeet held senior property management roles with Lavinia Properties, Al Fattan Properties, Colliers MENA, Dubai Properties, Betterhomes, Colliers International and Oxford Properties. Throughout his career, he has overseen premium commercial and mixed-use assets, delivering operational excellence, tenant engagement and long-term asset performance across diverse portfolios.
Combining extensive real estate expertise with a hospitality-led approach developed through earlier roles with leading hotel operators, including Jumeirah Group, Sumeet is committed to enhancing occupier experiences, optimising asset performance and delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
