Shekhar Sunil

Shekhar began his career in investment banking, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions in 2023. While studying at UC Berkeley, he worked with a real estate startup in California, where he discovered a strong interest in the property sector. Upon completing his degree at ESSEC Business School, he joined Rothschild & Co. as an off-cycle analyst, contributing to both Equity Capital Markets and M&A transactions. In 2024, Shekhar joined Cushman & Wakefield Core, bringing with him nearly a year of investment banking experience to enhance the firm’s real estate advisory services. He offers strong financial analysis capabilities and strategic insight, supporting clients with data-driven decisions. He also contributed to the Global Occupier Services team, advising multinational clients on market entry strategies and operational integration across the region. Shekhar combines real estate expertise with financial advisory and transactional experience, offering a unique blend of skills in both sectors.
