Joe joined Cushman & Wakefield Core to lead Technical Advisory and Due Diligence, bringing more than 20 years of experience across asset management, facilities, project management and technical advisory. His career spans public sector estates, education, healthcare and high-end residential developments in the UK and UAE.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Joe held roles with Luton Borough Council, the University of Bedfordshire and Arcadis, where he led major education schemes for the Department for Education and contributed to projects including the £50 million Royal Brompton Hospital Imaging Centre. Since relocating to Dubai, he has delivered luxury residential projects with Alpago Group and led technical due diligence and project management assignments across hospitality and masterplanned residential developments.
Combining strong technical expertise with a commercial and client-focused approach, Joe advises investors and acquirers on building condition, MEP and compliance reviews, lifecycle cost forecasting and investment-grade technical reporting.
