Gracelyn joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as Document Controller, bringing over 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. Her background spans residential developments, serviced apartments, hotels and large-scale community masterplans, including villas, infrastructure and landscaping works, with experience across both contractor and client/developer environments.
Throughout her career, Gracelyn has supported projects across the full lifecycle, from pre-contract through to post-contract, managing document identification and classification, review workflows, version and change control, controlled distribution, storage and security, and compliance tracking. Her role is focused on ensuring project information is accurate, accessible and managed in line with established governance standards.
