Fiona Wardlaw

Fiona joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as Head of Contracts & Compliance, bringing over 22 years of experience across construction, development, asset management, hospitality, leisure and entertainment, and corporate governance. Her career spans the UAE and the UK, with a strong track record of leading complex, large-scale projects and overseeing high-value contractual, commercial and compliance functions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Fiona held senior leadership roles at Shamal, where she was responsible for commercial and contracts management across a diverse portfolio including Dubai Harbour, Zabeel Saray and Baccarat Hotel & Residences, as well as major leisure and entertainment assets such as Skydive Dubai and Kite Beach. Her experience also includes expert witness appointments on international disputes and senior commercial roles on flagship developments across the UAE.

Combining rigorous governance expertise with hands-on contract management, Fiona provides strategic clarity, risk-aware decision-making and a commitment to excellence across all aspects of business operations.
