Dharmesh has extensive experience in the operation of property management within Dubai's OA industry, having worked in the field for over 10 years. He has managed Owners Association and Facilities Management for up to ten projects simultaneously, including both commercial and residential, vertical and horizontal projects, with the support of reputable FM suppliers. He is skilled in forming cohesive teams that help achieve overall objectives.
Dharmesh has an engineering background and is qualified in Health and Safety. He brings a reliable and trustworthy approach to the table and is capable of delivering the best solutions for facilities management, workplace safety, contract negotiations, and property budgets, among other areas. He is the founder and former managing partner of Excel Plus Technical Services, a property maintenance and electromechanical engineering firm established in 2020.
